Terms and Conditions

Eligibility for return or refund:


Your product is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:


You have received an incorrect product i.e the product you received is different from that mentioned in the order confirmation email.


If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph the defect as soon as you have opened the packaging and send us the photographs on contacthappybeluga@gmail.com. The product will be considered damaged only if the inner items have a manufacturing defect. The product will not be replaced if the outer packaging or box has been damaged.


If your product meets the return/exchange criteria stated above, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following information:


1. Order number

2. Reason for exchange or return

3. Photos of the product in case of a defective or incorrect product


Please contact us via email at contacthappybeluga@gmail.com or call us at +91 xxx from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will review your email and respond to you within 2 business days.


If your Return or Exchange is approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, with the original tags and the contents, manual and packaging are all intact.


We hold quality and customer service at the highest standard, but we cannot always control the delivery process.


Return or Refund process:

If your return or exchange is approved:

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


In case of exchange, we will dispatch a replacement product to you within 2 days of the exchange being approved.
